Searching for Contract Job Orders

Contract Job Orders are business processes for managing the recruiting and hiring of staff for contract positions with defined start and end dates. Bill Rates, Pay Rates and Timesheets also apply to Contract Job Orders.

 

A Contract Job Order often requires many Candidates to be identified and screened. Methods for identifying Candidates are:

Search the existing database files.

Advertise in print or on the Internet.

Re-use lists of Candidates previously considered for similar Job Orders.

To Search for Contract Job Orders:

1.From the Deskflow Toolbar, click Job Orders. A pop-up list appears.

2.From the pop-up list, select Contract Job Orders. The Contract Job Orders screen appears.

To Find All Contract Job Orders:

1.Enter the % symbol in one of the text boxes.

2.Click Search.
