To Process Emailed Resumes/CVs:

1.Ensure that Deskflow is connected to Outlook email

2.Ensure that Sovren Parser is enabled for your database (via Deskflow Administrator)

3.Categorize Candidate emails into folders for each Project or Job Order

4.Select all emails in a Project folder or Job Order folder

5.Click the Outlook icon called Extract Attachments  If it is not visible, Outlook is not connected properly.

6.Select the All Messages in Folder option

7.Click Run to start the XRay or Sovren Parser

8.Select the Language Model for processing the emails

9.Wait till all email attachments have been processed by the Sovren parser (check status on bottom left)

10.Select and Mark all Resumes/CVs that have Rank > 5100

11.Review and edit extracted data to correct for mis-parsed items

12.For each Position record of interest, do a Company lookup

13.Review the Import Options.

14.Enter a List name Suffix and make other changes as required.

15.Click the Import Resume  icon to start importing data into the database

16.All records that are successfully imported will be deleted from the Resumes List

17.Open the People > Lists folder then find and open the imported list

18.Review and correct the imported records

19.Review and correct the remaining un-imported records using data import error messages as a guide.
