The Project Sourcing Process is comprised of these high level activities: 1.Search for and display a Project. 2.Open the Research > Sources tab. 3.Search for and create a List of Sources that can recommend potential Candidates or peers. Do not overuse Sources. 4.Either phone each Source and leave a message if necessary. 5.Or send a personalized, broadcast email to all Sources describing the Position requirements and ask for suggestions about ideal Candidates. 6.Communicate with Sources and record results. 7.For each Source, add Recommended Candidates. 8.Screen the Recommended Candidates. 9.Optionally conduct Informal References on Candidates recommended by Sources. 10.Promote qualified Candidates to the Contact Register for in depth screening. 11.Send thank-you emails or thank-you letters to all Sources. |
