There are up to ten Deskflow Productivity Tools represented by small icons. Depending on the User rights assigned in the Deskflow Administrator, there may be less than six. For example, options 1, 2 and 4 may not show. 1.Open Diary (F12) 2.Open Appointments - Month-at-a-Glance. 3.Show My History 4.View My Messages (F5) 5.View My Activity History (F11)

There are five more productivity tools represented by small icons in the bottom row: 6.Schedule New Appointment (ALT+T) 7.Schedule New Task (Book a task of follow-up reminder for me to complete in future). 8.Schedule New Phone Call (Book a Phone Call for me to complete in future). 9.Schedule New Meeting (Invite another User to a Meeting, and expect a reply). 10.Send / Receive Email (ALT+E)
