Campaign management functions in Deskflow include: •Target groups formed from the client base according to selected criteria. Deskflow users can: ➢Create target Company lists using the Company Search and Company Power Search features ➢Create target People lists using the People Search and People Power Search features ➢Create target Opportunity lists using the Opportunity Search features •Sending campaign-related material to selected recipients using various channels (e.g. e-mail, telephone, fax or mail). Deskflow users can: ➢Perform Mass-mail merge using MS Word templates ➢Perform Mass email merge using MS Word templates •Tracking, storing, and analyzing campaign statistics, including tracking responses and analyzing trends. Deskflow users can run pre-designed or custom reports from the integrated Deskflow Report Manager. Select report templates from the standard list of report templates •Event Management using the integrated Deskflow Events Manager •Opportunity Management using the Deskflow Opportunities Manager |
