This is a high level summary of the major steps required to create and execute a Project in Deskflow. Click the links below to see how-to details on each step. 1.Create a new Project or clone an existing Project. 2.Setup a Project Planner Template (setup only once after Deskflow is first installed). 3.Enter Project contract details on the Project First Page. 4.Assign a Project Planner Template from the Planner Templates library. 5.Optionally post the Position description to the integrated Deskflow Career Centre website 6.Enter Skill, Role and Industry codes on the Project Needs tab. 7.Enter Team members on the Project Teams tab. 8.Enter proposed fees and billing data on the Project Billing tab. 9.Check the Review tab to see highest stage reached by all candidates. 10.Researchers build Candidate lists in the Project Research tab. 11.Researchers build Candidate lists in the File Search tab 12.Researchers review and screen Candidate lists in the Ad Respondents tab 13.Researchers build Target Companies lists in the Target Companies tab 14.Researchers build Target Companies Employee lists in the Target Companies tab 15.Researchers build a Referral List from Sources in the Sources tab 16.Researchers build Informal References lists from Sources in the Sources tab 17.Researchers promote suitable Candidates to the Contact Register. 18.Phone screen Contact Register Candidates. 19.Send Turn-Off Emails to unsuccessful candidates. 20.Promote suitable Contact Register Candidates to the Internal Interviews tab. 21.Schedule (internal) Interviews for Candidates. 22.Interview Candidates and record results. 23.Suitable Interviewed Candidates are promoted to the Presented list. 24.Email Presented Candidates list to the Client. 25.Promote suitable candidates to the Project Client Interviews stage 26.Schedule and coordinate Client Candidate Interviews 27.Record results of Client-Candidate Interviews. 28.Place the Finalist Candidate. 29.Send Turn-off emails to all other candidates. 30.Complete the post-Placement tasks as defined in the Project Planner Template. |
